Underwhelming

I wanted to love this but the consistency is too watery for this to be considered a primer/sunscreen. At first I thought I maybe got a bad batch. lt also has a whitish base when applying which goes away the more you rub it in. This needs a LOT of work in terms of consistency and formula. I will not be repurchasing it as it seems like a waste of money.
