It's nice

I was out of my tirtir cleansing balm so decided to take advantage of their Eid sale . Have been using it on Eid every evening to take my makeup off .It's a nice makeup removing balm gets my rare beauty mascara off but takes a lil more rubbing and massaging action then tirtir but that one costed 7000 and this one is only 1700 so I'm not mad at all .

It ruined my skin

It caused me really bad breakout and rash/allergy. I even sent pictures and video on instagram and whatsapp to complain but they were very rude plus did not compensated me even a bit infact they were annoying and irritating me to the core . Never going to buy any product from your brand . I’m very disappointed by your customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone else for sure

I bought this balm because I thought if it can remove makeup from pores maybe it'll work well for removing oil from pores as well. And I kid you not the oil part of this balm works wonders. IT'S AN EVERYDAY STAPLE IN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE NOW
