• Payment made through gateway by the customers shall not be reversed, rather shall be given online credit
• In case of any dispute against the payment, customer has to present the bank statement or a letter from the bank confirming the said transaction
• Product will be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
• Original receipt must be attached
• Product must be in original packing
• If customer has received what he or she has ordered, delivery charges will be borne by the customer
• Products purchased online can only be exchanged online
• Product must be evaluated by the QA team before making an exchange.

    the courts of Lahore (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you
    have with us.
  • The time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business days.
