All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and require 3-5 business days for delivery.

Products purchased online can ONLY be exchanged online within 7 days of purchase. The original recipients must be attached and the product must be in original packing. The products must be evaluated by our team before making an exchange and the time period for an exchange request can be 5 – 7 business days.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned products, and to ensure that the returned products are in the same condition. In-case of stock out, customers have to wait till the arrival of the stock, and upon agreement we can provide online store credit.

Yes, some of our products have fragrance in them, but not more than 0.3% and are all derived from natural materials, hence making them completely safe and gentle on sensitive skin. However, our serums are completely fragrance free.
