Overall, the cleansing balm was good and did its job in removing makeup and impurities. However, I noticed that during use it forms small gritty particles instead of melting smoothly on the skin, which affected the experience. A cleansing balm should ideally melt effortlessly, but this one felt slightly grainy while massaging. Apart from this issue, the product is decent, but improving the texture would make it much better 😊✨

I bought this balm because I thought if it can remove makeup from pores maybe it'll work well for removing oil from pores as well. And I kid you not the oil part of this balm works wonders. IT'S AN EVERYDAY STAPLE IN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE NOW
